The brief for this project (as Creative Director of MusicAngel) was to create an exciting new music video for the wedding band - The Best Men. The Best Men needed to be more niche, more 2016 and crucially, cater to wedding couples who like something alternative, as well as hitting the needs of those who were opting for the more traditional wedding band. I created the brief for this video alone, sourcing the location and setting each scene. Designed as a 20-page storyboard brief, it outlined the objective, the niche, the possibly shooting location spots and the unique aspects that were to make it stand out - for example the use of colour dust throughout the video. I designed the set as the shooting took place, moving from one location to another, as well as organising the outfits, the props and working with the direction team accordingly. The video was released in the late summer of 2016 and has proved an enormous success so far, increasing bookings and launching the band into an emerging market, as well as retaining its position in the traditional market. As well as The Beat Boutique video (which was an overwhelming success) and of course - 'What Irish Sex Buyers Are Really Thinking', I think it's one of my best productions o date.
