Dear Hiring Manager

I wish to apply for the position of Copy Writer in your prestigious agency in London. Currently Im a Marketing masters student at Durham University and have a BBA degree (First Class) from Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University, Delhi.

In my last role I was positioned as an IELTS instructor in Wisdom Mart, a premium admissions & counselling institute for studies abroad. With my excellent communication & presentation skills and my panache for perfection I possessed a multi-tasking role of an instructor, counsellor and a promoter for the institute. Under my tutelage students scored above 7.0 . As a counsellor I effectively guided the students for admissions process and went to colleges for the promotion of the institute where I gave presentations. Through my problem solving approach & determination, I provided viable suggestions that helped the quality of our services to an extent.

During my masters here in Durham I gained various positions of responsibilities which included MCR Secretary, College Bar & Shop Employee and University Open Day Guide. As a secretary for Middle Common Room for mature students, I demonstrated tremendous analytical & IT skills especially by way of maintaining the MCR website and promoting social events. My positive & cooperative attitude helped me keep the standards of University Open Day high and made it simpler to work in a diverse environment.

For the position of Copy Writer in your leading advertising agency, one needs to be creative and a team leader who can work with deadlines well. Such qualities have been exhibited appropriately by me during work at University and College. For instance I promoted the College Shop & Bar by organizing events and quizzes and communicated them to students by means of self-designed posters, social networking sites and advertising on MCR website.

The business acumen, up-to-date knowledge and other creative skills I possess, required in this field will prove to be an asset for your agency and I am confident that a position of Copy Writer will be a wonderful opportunity for me to reveal my skills and Id be able to make a substantial contribution to the agency.
