Designer for the Revenue Team at Bumble, working on the Badoo App. I implemented the re-architecture of their new revenue model, along with all subsequent touch-points. Introducing innovative Subscription Tiers, enhanced credits-based mechanisms with purchasable boosters, and strategically reimagined the Accounts/Profile page to harmonise customer and business objectives.
Key outcomes: Improved user understanding of subscription & credits model. Better visibility of Revenue features. Redesigned pages, including Accounts and Credits page to drive user confidence and spending in-app.
