Cornwall Blood Bikes provides a vital volunteer service, transporting blood, samples and other urgent medical supplies across the county.

The identity was created pro bono and needed to feel immediate, trusted and unmistakably Cornish. Its starting point was three essential elements: the blood drop, the bike and the Cornish flag.

Each element was reduced to its simplest form and brought together in a single mark. The drop defines the silhouette, the wheel represents the riders, and the black-and-white centre references Cornwall’s flag.

The result is direct, distinctive and built to work everywhere, from high-visibility jackets and motorcycles to collection buckets and digital platforms.
