ABOUT

For this series I created digital drawings (which can be viewed in a separate project) of the archetypal athlete before turning them into colour pencil drawings, as seen here, without drawing any body features or facial expressions to define them. Instead, I use items of clothing and sporting objects to express both motion and emotion, whilst still keeping the characteristics to make them identifiable to the viewer.
