I am a self-starter with 7+ years of experience, in both a corporate structured environment and as a leader of a fast-growing start-up business. My entrepreneurial spirit and ability to innovate have enabled me to advance in the rapidly changing world of Tech.

My skill-set includes the evaluation of potential investments and performing financial analysis. I measure potential hazards and manage risks to finalise valuable deals for our business. I pride myself in my ability to drive innovation through dedication, reliability and skilled delivery meeting the aims of clients and stakeholders.

I am actively involved in the Italian start-up tech scene, with a strong network of institutional and academic partners. I am adapted to working in a highly regulated and technical environment, where confidentiality and time management are key skills.

Building a team from 4 employees to over 30, employing 12 nationalities, has been one of most challenging and rewarding period in my career.
My goal is to achieve long-term results while maintaining focus on the day-to-day running of the company, ensuring key growth targets are met.
