Bessy is very fond of Bees, The design is heavily influenced this and is meant to be representative of the Hive. This is a very different ( rigid ) direction when in contrast with her previous mark.

The crown is more evident at the top; followed by a rigidly set alternating series of diagonal lines in negative and positive space. The letter Q at the end of the mark despite the abstraction provides a sense of 3 dimensional space suggesting that it is a structure that can be entered and exited; be careful thought, the Q tail descends to also serve as a stinger.
