About me

I am a Creative Team Leader/Designer. I have been in this position for 4 years with a design agency based in Surrey. My responsibilities include building and managing a highly motivated team with the skills required ensuring the company can meet its objectives, working with senior management to ensure effective team planning, growth and strategy are reviewed and adapted to benefit the companies' goals. Providing lead graphics support for the web and business team, primarily for web but also print, including designing site pages, navigation and logo design using Photoshop and Illustrator. Building websites from initial cutup to creating HTML templates with CSS, to a standard XHTML compliancy in Dreamweaver.

I am a Fine Art Graduate (BA Hons) and I have a Higher National Diploma in Graphic Design. I have always worked in the creative sector and I thrive in a creative environment that challenges ideas and seeks to find innovative solutions to suit client needs and requirements.
