On Behalf Of was my FMP for my MA; designed to help non-English speaking patients talk to their doctors without relying on family to speak for them concerning private medical information. The idea was that patients could use the cards to show their doctor what they're feeling, free of the language barrier; utilising the 5 piece modular icon set I had developed throughout the development of this project.
Each card would be categorised in 3s. Blue being head based problems, Red being upper body and Green the lower, which would make finding what patients need easier for both parties. This systematic approach also allowed for visual exploration regarding colour harmonies, but also the legibility of it all.
The visual diagnosis posters made note to use all 35 cards developed to ensure the visual materials developed are unique but also consistent.
