Porsche × Leica — A Design Collaboration ConceptInterior Concept for Porsche Mission X, Inspired by Classic Leica CamerasThis project is a speculative design study exploring what happens when two legends—Porsche and Leica—collide through a shared design language of precision, heritage, and timeless engineering.The interior of the Porsche Mission X has been reimagined through the lens of classic Leica cameras. From the tactile richness of knurled metal dials to the signature contrast of matte black and anodized silver, every surface and detail is an homage to Leica’s legacy of functional beauty and mechanical honesty.Key elements include:CMF Palette inspired by Leica’s iconic finishes—brushed aluminum, vulcanite textures, and deep burgundy leather.Dashboard and interface elements modeled after the clean, purposeful layout of Leica’s M series rangefinders.Switchgear and tactile zones designed to evoke the feel of camera lens rings and shutter mechanisms.Material exploration blending modern automotive standards with Leica’s visual minimalism and tactile richness.This is a work-in-progress vision of what a driver-centric, photography-inspired cockpit could feel like in a future electric hypercar—where design becomes a dialogue between two worlds of excellence.
