After launching a new educational tour organisation in September 2019, this was IKan Education's first client experience. The idea is to make international travel accessible and long-lasting for students within Mexico. We aimed to develop global citizenship by facilitating meet and greets between the travelling Mexican school and in-country Japanese schools. These organised exchange days allowed both Mexican and Japanese students to show off their culture. After developing and organizing the project, the Mexican embassy in Tokyo heard about our operation and invited us to host the opening ceremony in the embassy, with the ambassador, Melba Pria, opening the trip.
