A strong advocate of the impact purpose led business & creativity have on society as well as profit.
I have two decades of experience in leading multicultural teams that shape brand narratives for some of the world's most famous, consistent & successful brands. I am proud to be part of the Edelman team, the world's leading Communications marketing company. We partner brands that are social by design, earned-centric and thus, intelligently promoted. Brands with such earned currency help differentiation, drive growth and eventually become part of the everyday colloquial.
I am, also, a board member at Female Founders, a not-for-profit dedicated to the pursuit of gender equality in entrepreneurship & leadership.
Before Edelman, I spent 20 years working for Lowe + Partners living across Asia, Africa, Middle East and Europe honing my skills as a global leader. I was the Regional President for the network across Asia Pacific for 6 years during which the network became a top performer across new business leagues, Creative and Effectiveness awards.
In the past, I partnered Unilever on their detergents business globally, landing the brand idea 'Dirt is good' across 80 countries. The idea, whilst counter intuitive, has helped the business grow multiple fold since its inception.
Before my time in Asia, I was part of the core start-up team that created an Interpublic Group owned and managed network across Middle East and North Africa; helping build my depth of experience across emerging economies.
I have a proven track record in crafting, nurturing, scaling and landing global brand ideas partnering clients across across complex, multiple stakeholder, matrix organizations and share Don Quixote's values in all that I do.
