ABOUT

Whilst their core audience are those in corporate employment, the role of the website was key in the delivery of the London Business School brand experience and most importantly, its role as the modern day prospectus for prospective students. Principally, the new website was to improve the performance of the web as marketing channel to provide both agility and personalisation. Therefore in the re-design and development of their site, the key challenges were to: align with the new brand identity, improve conversion performance and create a platform for the future. It was also imperative that the platform could provide a personalised experience to all of its visitors, including its wider global market.
Solution

To deliver the project for LBS, we worked collaboratively with four members of their Business Systems team, which ultimately increased their self-sufficiency to allow for growth using their own internal resources, and provide a flexible solution to integrate with future School systems. We created a platform for the future by delivering a consistent brand experience, ensuring that the website reflected the new corporate brand identity of the school creating a design that provided intuitive access for all applicants. It was fundamental that we delivered a flexible platform, by integrating the Sitecore CMS n parralel to the integration of a new enterprise level CRM system Microsoft dynamics to support the London Business School operationally. This included their CRM activity as well as a publishing mechanism for internal Alumni and Faculty departments. We also created and delivered design solution architectures to ensure we created a personalised website to all of its users.
