ABOUT

The introduction of new government legislation means that companies like O2 are required to be transparent about the data they hold and how they will use it. Instead of seeing this as a challenge we saw that there was a distinct opportunity for O2 to show its customers how it relies on data to provide valuable services. So we created a way for customers to see how they would benefit from improved services by sharing more data.

First we got to grips with what mattered to 02’s key stakeholders and how to measure the success of the project. Then we created a series of wireframes and mapped questions so we could see how customers would respond to the idea of providing additional data.
