About me
Hi! I'm a 17 year old ex-culinary arts student interested in natural cooking/baking, nutrition, food styling and home economy for film production and magazines, and travel. Based in North London.
I studied the Professional Chef Diploma at Westminster Kingsway College Victoria for 1 year, which gives me a City & Guilds 7100 Level 1 Diploma in Professional Cookery.
I have had multiple work experiences including: commis chef for insurance company AXA XL (this was organised through my college); baker and retail assistant for Eweleaze Campsite, Dorset; part time retail assistant at Jumi Cheese LTD, both the Newington Green and Borough Market sites.
I recently discovered that restaurant life is not for me, and that I have a greater interest in a different area of the culinary world. As a result, I am looking forward to gaining further knowledge and training in food styling and home economy, so please reach out if you are looking for an assistant and need a hand.
I bake cakes on commission for London based charity The Garden Classroom and their events and have been a volunteer outdoor cook on camp for primary school residentials.
