About us

Rubber Duckers is a culture-first creative agency based in Hampshire, working with businesses across the UK and internationally.
We build websites, brands, and visual content. Our team covers web design and development, branding, photography, video production, SEO, and graphic design, and we work across all of it from the same starting point: the people behind each business.
Web, photography, and video get planned together from the first conversation. The finished work holds together because the thinking behind it does too.
How we work
Every project starts with getting to know the business properly. That means founder interviews, time with the team, and honest input from customers. We use what we find to shape the brand, direct the photography, write the copy, and build the site.
Some clients arrive with a clear brief. Others know they need something but aren't sure what to prioritise first. For those clients, we run a paid discovery session called a Digital Roadmap, which maps out what's needed, in what order, before anything gets built or bought.
What we cover
Strategy and brand: discovery, branding, and graphic design.
Web and content: website design and build, photography, and video production.
Support and growth: SEO, website maintenance, and our Growth Partner retainer, where we stay involved as an ongoing creative and strategic partner after launch.
Who we work with
Clients include Purpose Homes, the Household Cavalry Museum, Southampton Athletic Club, GAN Global, Avonclyde Bespoke Labels, and GottaBe! Marketing, across property, heritage, sport, professional services, and charity.
We're rated ★ on Google across 35+ reviews. The thing clients mention most is that the result looked and sounded like them.
