About me

In 2008 I graduated from 'Thames Valley University' with a 2:1 in 'Digital Broadcast Media'. A varied course that covered film, radio and web.

In my final year a work placement at John Brown, working with CMS and content managing, confirmed my interests in web editing/management.

Going on to start up the online store Charlie & the Fox I used my web skills, HTML and CSS, to create in total 3 websites. One of the websites was the first version of the web store, and was later replaced by the current website.

I currently manage and create content for the online store and my blog.

Starting a business has given me a great insight into how a business runs and the creative processes that need to be taken to keep it going. A good example of this is social media, and I utilise this for the sites.

I am an imaginative and ideas driven individual, using my forward thinking skills creatively to aid the development of a company. I quickly learn new skills and enjoy putting them to good use.

My interests include: photography, blogging, illustration, painting/sketching, literature, theatre, writing short stories, crafting (sewing and printing).
