DUTIES: Assisting customers in the fitting room/shop floor with styling, sizing and current trends. Advised on accessories, shoes, bags, aiding to up selling stock. Offering services such as ‘Order-in-store’ to broaden customers product knowledge and add to ease of acquiring goods. Built customer relationships with regular shoppers. Ensured the fitting room had exceptional house keeping, organised overstock into trends and floor layouts for ease of regular replenishment. Clear communication in person/over radio with colleagues, to guarantee correct stock was attained by customers. Trained and shadowed new staff members. Time management, that being in closing down the store at end of day/shift. Trained with PPE, cleaning shop floor and back of house.
ACHIEVEMENTS: Grew within the store to become a specialist. Worked alongside personal shoppers and visual merchandisers. Aiding in shop floor moves, advising on current trends and featured items on TS/TM social media platforms and how to promote in-store. Voted ‘best dressed’ for 2019.
