Brief:
A series of launch emails to announce new properties available in London's Greenwich Peninsula.
Approach:
A full CRM strategy, using pre-launch teaser emails to garner interest, created bespoke landing pages, and customised email creatives depending on the type of subscriber (less engaged and visitors to the area would get a less-direct sales approach)
Results:
4 completely bespoke emails, responsive for desktop and mobile. Consistent landing pages, integrated with Salesforce. Over 500 'register your interest' respondents and 94 hot leads from email alone.
