ABOUT

Longsands Fish Kitchen is a restaurant and take-away specialising in the finest fish and seafood, and who pride themselves on serving well thought out and meticulously researched dishes using the best quality, locally sourced ingredients. The concept revolved around precision knives used for preparing fish, as well as other objects synonymous with seafood. These simple silhouettes were then arranged in ways which were reminiscent of fish in their natural habitat.

The restaurant won first prize for Best Newcomer at the 2017 National Fish and Chip awards.
