My time at Burberry saw me working across Burberry's website, as well as their newly launched app. My responsibilities were split evenly by creative copy services and UX writing.
For UX, I was accountable for writing and managing service messages, calls-to-action, form labels, warning and error messages and accessibility copy across both new pages on the website and the app. All copy had to be user-friendly and functionally clear, ensuring ease of customer journey through to purchase.
In a creative capacity, I worked across key brand campaigns including: S/S17 and A/W17 runway shows and campaign launches, festive campaigns, fragrance launches and more. I produced weekly app stories, writing fresh and relevant content for users to view; from product launches to brand-appropriate lifestyle pieces.
