Lee Kum Kee is a Hong Kong-based food company specialising in oyster flavoured sauces. In 2015, I was asked to write an advertorial on behalf of the company for Foodism Magazine.

The piece provided tips as to how dishes could be 'spiced up' using Lee Kum Kee sauces, and was written in the friendly, conversational style for which the magazine is known.
