About me

At Amberley Publishing, I project manage the production of local history books, which involves producing four to six 96-page books every month, some part of various series, others as stand-alone books. During this process, I have learnt, very quickly, how to liaise with authors and make them feel secure with me handling their material, I have learnt the house style of editing and proofing, I am fully aware of proofing symbols and am very happy to double and triple check corrections and covers to ensure the successful production of a book.
