Hymans Robertson were looking for a suite of communications that they could use to accompany workshops about engagement within the memebership of pension schemes they administer. Our team researched the requirements of members approaching retirement, produced journey maps, personas, microsites, presentations and examples of printed communications that could be shared with clients.
