About me

I am an award-winning Executive Creative Director, from a copywriting background.

I've worked in all types of agencies ranging from the biggest and best ad agencies, to the most hardcore direct marketing agencies, and now I'm leading a digital communications agency of 300 people.

I care passionately about the power of ideas, but I also demand that they have a lasting and measurable impact on people.

As a result, I considers my work to be 'Beautifully Effective'.

I have set up departments from scratch, restarted businesses, been instrumental in successful mergers and played a significant part formalising a global group.

My teams thrive in an environment where I create time and space for the best work to be done. I have an instinct for finding and nurturing talent and I do all I can to serve their careers.
