Background
Lambeth is one of 14 local authorities which make up Inner London.
Each year, Lambeth’s directorates publish their business plans that set out their ambitions for the next year.

Brief
Following Lambeth’s brand style, design and lay out a full suite of directorate business plans, illustrating KPIs with tables, graphs/charts and graphic icons.

Solution
Delivered over a three-month period, each report followed the same structure, so templating the design made typesetting and layout very efficient, despite the business plans varying in size from 11 to 57 pages.
The business plans were delivered as interactive PDFs.
