Dear Sir/Madam,

I'd like to apply for the position of Marketing Executive as advertised by the Creative Pool website and would very much appreciate your consideration for this role.

During my employment at Team Tactics I have been trusted with a large amount of responsibility, with my Managing Director delegating the day-to-day control of all marketing functions to myself. I've gained a wealth of marketing experience across a range of platforms and have produced results working under my own initiative.

I have developed excellent communication and presentation skills through my experience as Marketing Assistant at the University of Portsmouth and Marketing Executive at Team Tactics. At Team Tactics I've worked with a wide range of clients as well as key partners, improving my confidence and diplomacy skills.

As you can see from my CV I have gained a range of skills through my degree studies and professional career. In particular I can offer you:

- Experience and academic excellence across a range of marketing areas including Internet Marketing, Direct Marketing, SEO, Email and Marketing Strategy

- Project management experience including website and email re-design with proven results.

- Experience of marketing to VIP corporate and private clients, providing a highly professional service.

- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.

It is also worth noting that I achieved a 1st degree mark for my Marketing Communications unit at the University of Portsmouth, with particular emphasis placed on branding and recognising the most effective medium for different market segments, including offline vehicles such as direct mailing as well as online vehicles such as websites. Whilst at the University of Portsmouth I undertook a Direct Marketing unit and also an Internet Marketing unit for which I scored 1st degree mark in both.
