An award-winning Product Design Leader with over 10+ years of experience (20+ as a practitioner), I bring a rare wealth of experience across various industry verticals and complex challenges ranging from Enterprise SaaS solutions and applications to award-winning Design Systems and Mobile Apps to Healthcare to Financial Services to Employee Portals to Government and others.
Over my career, I have honed my people-management and coaching skills to build, grow, and enhance design teams, in remote and direct environments. Additionally, I've refined my stakeholder management ability to help embed and establish design thinking and design processes to further enhance design's quality and commercial impact.
My approach combines unquenchable curiosity, a desire to continuously learn and grow, and a collaborative approach with technology and other disciplines to achieve elegant, yet commercially feasible, solutions to difficult problems.
