Katrina Kaif, tropical beaches and whale sharks - what could be a better recipe for a great Vogue cover story? It’s always a pleasure to work with Luis Monteiro and his beautiful photography. My role was to enhance the mood by way of colour treatment whilst, most importantly, maintaining Katrina’s natural beauty. For the locations I added tone, detail and depth to the water, sand and skies, and intensity to the magenta in the horizon to compliment Katrina’s skin and garments. As usual there were a number of comps and extensions.
