The Ford SupportBelt is the first seat belt accessory designed by a U.S. automaker to help mastectomy patients travel comfortably on their road to recovery.
Our SupportBelt product was developed with input from patients, doctors, engineers and the Ford Human Centered Design team to overcome a common challenge.
Ergonomically engineered and non-carcinogenic, it addresses key pain points related to incisions, scars, swelling, chemo ports, and other discomforts associated with mastectomy surgery and seat belts, encouraging safe driving by easing pain.
