I was the menswear / boyswear designer for Primark as the menswear designer. With responsibilities including the design and concept of the garments, analysing, producing and presenting global retail trends for each department, including preparing detailed trend direction packs for the buying teams. Responsible for all aspects of garment design, all graphic print design, appliqués, garment branding, product labelling, swing tag design and related packaging requirements. Working as the menswear designer you also learn how to create and present presentations and produce work for company events such as fashion shows and corporate events.
