The majority of my works was for Silicon Valley clients. Our target audience was Software, Technical & Design engineers and their support teams. Oh yeah, the executive staff. Sexy huh. Challenging to say the least, especially true since I'm dyslexic. Occasionally a non-tech group would wander into the mix. Very nice.
However our object was this: Be relevant - Be friendly - Be unexpected.
Above all - Don’t Be Boring!
With this approach we always delivered our clients a very high ROI. Always.
