I am a senior manager with twenty years of experience in getting people and organizations on the move. My focus is on achieving real results with the organizations and people I work with.
My broad experience enables me to assess situations swiftly and work passionately with organizations to reach their goals. I connect strategy and operations to enable action towards a clear and valuable direction. I connect people's goals and capabilities to that of the organization to achieve lasting results.
Transformational work has been the core of my career in the past 10 years. Before that I have been able to gain consulting and management experience in a broad range of functional area's from sales and marketing to IT and from procurement to operations management. I have had the opportunity to lead teams within Accenture, an operational team of 50 employees at an Insurance company, a program with 150FTE, a procurement organization and a team of internal consultants.
