Experienced Product Manager working within the Digital Workplace, Collaboration Tooling and Colleague Engagement sectors of Sainsburys Supermarkets Ltd., I am the SME and Product Lead on a number of products within the Microsoft Office 365 suite and Cloud based services, Azure Active Directory and Core Operations & Infrastructure environments adopting both Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
Previously a leader in Telecommunications within an operational environment strongly focusing on customer service, and over 7 years' experience, successfully managing large Corporate Clients including Lloyds Banking Group PLC, Barclays, HSBC, Morgan Stanley, RBS, BSKYB, News Corp., Associated News, UBS, Deloitte, Accenture, Credit Suisse, Nomura, and many others.
