"Malaria, one of the world’s oldest and deadliest diseases, is believed to have killed half of the human population that’s ever lived, and has affected every continent, except for Antarctica. Many people in countries like Venezuela, Paraguay, and Australia are at a high risk of contracting the disease, which kills a child every two minutes. When malaria falls off of the political agenda, funding is put on pause and the disease – which has approached eradication – reappears. In a crowded space, we needed to find an innovative way to turn a message into action and inspire people in the fight to end malaria.
