Concept
The focus of this beauty portrait was to showcase deep skin tones, rich micro-contrast, and soft directional light reflections. The post-production required precise color accuracy for melanated skin, avoiding gray undertones or saturation loss while keeping the natural texture clean and intact.

Execution
Post-production was completed using Capture One and Adobe Photoshop:

- Applied non-destructive Dodge & Burn to smooth local tonal variations on the forehead, nose bridge, and chest while preserving fine skin pores and natural sheen.
- Performed precise color grading to maintain deep, rich brown undertones with consistent specular highlights across the face, neck, and shoulder.
- Executed hair outline cleanup to define the Afro silhouette, balanced eye reflection clarity, and refined lip texture while preserving natural lines.

Results
Delivered color-calibrated, high-resolution master files suitable for commercial beauty campaigns, skincare advertising, and editorial publishing.
