This is one model that was part of a far greater project. This particular model was oene of my favourites from that larger project. Ive recently revised this model from the version I originally created several years ago. I always wanted to re-address the leather and its material. Now, with Inverse Occlusion available in C4D I am able to add a hint of age into the leather focusing on the folding areas of the fabric.
This model is fully animated allowing for the opening and closing of the box and the sliding in and out of the lens Housing. The leather has a saved cache for fluid and stable dynamic motion as the leather recesses back into the box.
