A Global Soul working as a Global Creative. I've lived and worked in Latin America, Europe and the United States, have been managing one of the biggest global accounts of Ogilvy&Mather out of the Headquarters in New York City.

Over a dozen Cannes Lions, a couple of LIA's, one One Show are on the top of a list of more than 56 awards I've won together with my teams.

I've worked at the best and biggest advertising networks, as well as at smaller creative shops with the same positive attitude and passion. I'm a hands on creative leader, who likes to mentor and knows how to get the best out of my teams.

Speaking of mentorship, one of my most important projects of 2015 was to be a mentor at the 3% Conference, at the Speed Mentoring Section, helping young women creative to get a sense of how big their influence can be at the market.

I root for both men and women creative, but one of my missions is to empower the female creative pool in our industry.
