The Problem?

Create a usable solution for patients to query an ailment or an illness using AI to ask relevant questions to form a medical report that can be shared with HCP's (Health Care Professionals). Create a prototype of your concept. Initially I created some crazy 8's just to jot out some initial ideas. 
Wireframes/Prototype Some initial wireframes in the form of a prototype using Figma from the crazy 8's ideas. The mail goal was the make the app user friendly by asking relevant questions based on their problem. The interface needed to be professional and minimal from a user experience perspective. 
UI design Creating a UI that is clear and clinical is important.
