LLB Law graduate from The University of Nottingham, formerly working VIP Account Manager at GVC Group, one of the leading brands in the gaming industry. I have established and maintained a key network of clients from all over the globe. I relish the prospect of new challenges and welcome all offers and opportunities.
This role included the following:
- Managing and building relationships the VIP accounts of the partypoker brand
- Developing the road-map for growing the VIP segments of the poker product
- Working closely with multiple 3rd party partners across the globe
- In touch with AML, RG, Risk, Product Development and LIVE event teams on weekly basis
- Key KPI - acquiring sufficient entrants to the world record online poker tournament with $20M prize-pool- (prizepool hit $22m)
- Creation of campaigns and promotions to target specific segments
-Analysing, optimising and reporting campaigns performance including opt in rate, ROI optimization, bonus pressure and frequency for each promotion and campaign
-Ensuring compliance with all applicable regulations and legislation, ensuring that all risks within areas of responsibility are identified and managed effectively
-Attending events, meeting with VIP's and being readily available at most hours to reply to and handle tasks presented by clients as quickly and efficiently as possible
