Folk is a coliving brand that creates homes with incredible spaces that help people connect, free up their time and make a positive impact on their local areas.

We were brought in to create a new coliving masterbrand and related property-level brands from scratch. From naming to building a cohesive identity system, right through to delivery and production, we supported the team on every aspect of their identity.

Our aim was to create a brand influenced by the people using it and that brings to life their core values of connection, comfort and contribution. That started with the name and cascaded down to customer experience design.
