Red Funnel was formed in 1861 and is a modern and highly successful travel and holiday company based in the UK City of Southampton. Group activities include cross-Solent ferries and UK holidays.

Red Funnel Ferries

Red Funnel is the 'Original Isle of Wight ferry operator' and currently carries 3.4m passengers and 0.86m vehicles per annum. The Company operates services 365 days a year with 30,000 combined sailings between Southampton (UK mainland) and East and West Cowes (Isle of Wight). The fleet consists of modern purpose built Ro-Pax vehicle ferries and Red Jet Hi-Speed passenger catamarans. Catering and retail services are provided in-house.

Offer a wide range of year round ferry inclusive holidays and short breaks on the Isle of Wight and in Southern England to suit all tastes and budgets. It is also possible to purchase attraction tickets, event and festival tickets and even through rail and National Express coach tickets.
