If possible, please watch the film via the YouTube link before reading on. We wanted to encourage young men to talk about their mental health, so we teamed up with YouTuber, DanTDM. We used YouTube's timeline preview functionality in a uniquely engaging way to show that there can be a big difference between what people say and what they actually feel. However, CALM is there if you ever need help to find the words. With a media budget of zero, it's clocked up over 1.8 million views, 100k likes and 10k comments, with many talking about mental health.
