Digital Redesign & Brand Alignment

The Challenge

Avaia Nutrition came to us with a strong product and existing packaging, but a website that failed to reflect its potential.

The previous site felt visually scattered and difficult to navigate. Information flow lacked clarity, multiple USPs competed for attention, and weak visual hierarchy created friction across the buying journey, particularly at checkout and on mobile.

What should have been a simple experience felt overwhelming.

The Concept
Clarity, Structure, and Intent

Our goal was to bring structure, clarity, and brand polish to an experience that felt stale and disconnected.

The product became the anchor for the digital experience, informing the palette and overall visual tone, while the interface was refined to feel cohesive, elevated, and purposeful.

The Approach

Design With Purpose
We designed the website to support the existing packaging rather than compete with it, ensuring the product remained the hero while the digital system added clarity and polish.

Simplify the Story
Multiple benefits led to mixed messaging. We distilled a clearer narrative by prioritising what matters most first, then explaining why it matters.

Breathe Space Into the Interface
Clutter was stripped back in favour of strategic whitespace, refined typography, and a calmer layout that lets content feel as clean as the product itself.

A Mobile-First Reality
Every interaction was considered small-screen first, with easy browsing, obvious CTA placement, and friction-free paths to purchase.

Visual Craft
New product photography introduced clean, premium visuals that work alongside the design system, reinforcing brand authenticity without overpowering the message.

Results

Avaia’s website now delivers on the promise of the product.

A once confusing, incohesive experience has been transformed into a polished, intentional digital presence that feels like a natural extension of the brand and is built to convert.

Fresh. Airy. Intentional.
