About me

I am an Online Producer and Editorial Change Manager, who has successfully worked with large, co-located BBC editorial teams throughout migration and localisation projects using Agile PM methodology.

My role in the project life-cycle involved business analysis and working with stakeholders to determine project scope; coordinating detailed testing and bug tracking; managing training requirements for large, co-located teams of producers; creating detailed population plans and guiding the teams through the migration process.

I have 5 years' experience in BBC multimedia production, including management of online user communities and running intranet and internal communications websites.

I am also a qualified Prince2 Practitioner and have worked as a Project Manager delivering large-scale BBC events on time and on budget.

I speak intermediate level Spanish, French and Italian; and basic Japanese.
