Ann Summers were impressed with my portfolio and experience of packaging artwork so they hired me to freelance and cover for their FT packaging designer / artworker during the holiday season. I was tasked with designing and art working various packs and sub-brand ranges during their busy period. Liasing with various brand managers, listening to clients needs, taking briefs, hitting deadlines were all essential in this fast paced, fun company. Within a week the studio manager actually asked me if I wanted a full time job, he was that impressed with my work! I was re-booked by Wayne, the studio manager at Ann Summers who was extremely pleased with my work, attitude and professionalism. I have always benefited from repeat freelance bookings when studio managers have asked for me personally to come back and freelance when they’ve needed a reliable, punctual, friendly and professional artworker who has superb attention to detail, fits in with any team, is trustworthy and gets the job done meticulously.
