An identity design for a new housing project launching in Epsom called The Woodcote.

The brand is based around a Grade II listed late 17th century building, complemented by modern yet classic additions. So we have created custom letterforms and styling which embrace the principles of classic typefaces, whilst giving them a distinctly modern treatment.
