Botanical Lofts is a new boutique development of apartments set in the heart of London E1, built on the site of historic Georgian botanical gardens, which housed coveted specimen plants most Georgian Londoners had never seen.

Our branding pairs the type with gorgeous Dutch Master paintings and illustrates the botanical theme of this project. The typeface was chosen and adapted due to its blend of modernity and its synergy with floral forms, creating an historic yet timeless look.

The development launches in Spring 2021 and our branding work encompasses a website, brochures, social media assets, hoardings and an artwork to be mounted in the reception to the building. The logo is cleverly applied in assets such as the hoarding where we are using oversize panels to create space for eye-catching vertical cutouts for the graphics.

The social media assets and campaign have generated an impressive following, over 40,000 likes and a reach of well over half a million to date. The branding has been shared to great acclaim on many branding sites such as thebrandingcollective, brandingmob, brandingsource, worldbranddesign and brandbrandingco.
