About me

Hi!

My name is Ramon Saroldi, I'm a 30 years old, Senior Creative Retoucher, from Rio de Janeiro, Brazil.

Since my childhood, to draw and understand how colours and shapes works, was always present in my life. Being son of an artist and musician always encouraged me in this path.

My journey as a Creative Retoucher began when I was 18 years old, just after I finished high school. My first job was at Casa 13, where I was introduced in the art of digital retouching and illustration. Later I had a year experience at an advertising agency, which helped me learn more about the other side of the advertising market.
Then, I had the chance to work for some of Brazil's biggest photography/retouching studios such as: Platinum and Seagulls Fly. In the first one I had the opportunity of start learning 3D and the second one really pulled me to another level in my career, when I became known for my work in the advertising market.
After these great experiences, I worked as a Senior Creative Retoucher and 3D Generalist at Manipula Studio for about two years. My last work experience was as chief of creative retouching at Estúdio Ícone, where I spent over a year working with talented illustrators and CGI artists, learning a lot from them.

Now I'm working with the craziest and talented digital artists in Rio de Janeiro, at Lightfarm Brazil.
