A 6 look collection called “No, where are you really from?” demonstrates how a growing belief in creativity helped me explore the value of personal identity in fashion. Looking specifically the second-generation South Asian identity, this project investigated the importance of family and community through the creation of myown textiles, using dart manipulation, colours, patterns and different high-level finishings as inspiration.
